Context
I needed a single place where all of my motion output—Caribbean Pools, SaaS product explainers, kids' animation, and AI experiments—could exist as a coherent body of work. Caribbean Pools videos were created over a decade with evolving tools, cameras, workflows, and visual standards; they needed a unifying structure. My current ecosystem (MindForge, Nodeo, NexusCore, Origin Creative Group) requires motion assets that feel consistent, not like separate identities stitched together.
- Merge traditional production (Premiere, Illustrator, drone footage) with AI-assisted workflows (synthetic voice, generated backgrounds, concept frames)
- Unify 10+ years of Caribbean Pools content with evolving visual standards
- Create consistent motion language across multiple brand worlds
- Maintain brand control while leveraging AI tools for efficiency
Approach
I defined the Motion Systems Library as a unified portfolio section and a reusable design system. Rather than treating pieces as isolated clips, everything in the library is built around an underlying motion design system: a cohesive set of timing, transitions, compositional behaviors, and animation patterns that unify my work across brand worlds, clients, and formats.
- Brand & Environment Cinematics: Caribbean Pools cornerstone content including drone fly-throughs, seasonal promos, service announcements, on-site storytelling, and visual proof-of-quality videos with consistent lower-third systems and brand-color overlays.
- Product & Systems Explainers: Visual explanations for MindForge, Nodeo, NexusCore, and home-lab workflows, plus process shorts for Caribbean Pools covering openings, closings, equipment tips, and workflow steps.
- Characters, Kids' IP, and Educational Motion: Motion prototypes for original children's IP with limited animation in UPA-inspired style, character expressions, blinks, head turns, and educational micro-beats—future-ready for Adobe Character Animator and puppet workflows.
- AI-Assisted Motion Experiments: Hybrid production combining traditional tools with AI—ElevenLabs voiceover narrations, AI-generated background plates, conceptual animation frames from Flux/SD/ComfyUI, and edits merging vector graphics with AI-rendered environments.

Impact
100%
All video + animation work now lives in a coherent, systematized hub instead of being scattered across case studies and hard drives.
Faster
Reusable AE/Premiere templates, icon systems, overlays, voice workflows, and narrative structures significantly reduce build time for new content.
Unified
Consistent easing, pacing, grid-aligned movements, wipes, and transitions unify everything—from corporate explainers to kids' animation.
Process
Gather & Audit Legacy Work
Reviewed 10+ years of Caribbean Pools footage: drone shots, in-store promos, training clips, seasonal edits, testimonials. Extracted the strongest pieces and identified recurring motion patterns.
Extract Motion Language
Pulled out shared design traits: clean, geometric, vector-built overlays; subtle but purposeful motion (slides, wipes, reveals); iconography-driven storytelling; color systems aligned with brand identity.
Build Template Library
Created repeatable structures in Premiere/AE: lower-third packs, title cards, branded transitions, multi-aspect export profiles, audio mixing presets, and voiceover workflows with ElevenLabs.
Integrate AI Tools
Used AI to accelerate concept exploration: synthetic voiceovers, AI-generated backgrounds, script-to-shot visual boards, and experimental animation frames.
Expand to New Worlds
Applied the same motion system to MindForge, Nodeo, NexusCore, and children's IP—creating a unified Origin Creative Group motion language.
Reflection
Motion systems should feel alive yet dependable—consistency comes from rules, not repetition. The Motion Systems Library elevates Caribbean Pools output into portfolio context, showcasing drone cinematics, promos, and educational videos not just as one-offs, but as evidence of consistent brand-directed motion design.
